Refund and Return Policy

Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our photographs. However, due to the fact that photographs can be easily copied or scanned once delivered, we must limit returns and refunds to the following situations:

  1. Shots of the wrong team member or team
  2. Defective prints (e.g. out of focus, incorrect color or density, imperfections within the print, etc.)
  3. Errors in submitting orders online

Refunds will only be honored if presented to us within 30 days of delivery. We will notify you via email or telephone once we have received and processed any returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 – 14 business days of our receiving your return.
